Your handstand isn’t stuck because of balance. It’s stuck because of how you kick up. Most beginners kick like they want to break the wall. Hard impact, every rep. That looks strong, but it teaches your body the wrong thing. Then you move away from the wall and over-kick every time. No control. No idea how much strength you actually need. The fix is simple. Every kick-up should be soft. Then softer. Float into the wall instead of slamming it. That’s how you learn the exact amount of strength to reach the top and hold it. I’ve spent 14+ years on this and coached students worldwide through the same wall. The ones who progress fastest aren’t the strongest - they’re the ones who train control from day one.
