One hundred sets of straddle planche. Nothing. Not because I was weak. Because I skipped the progression. Young, short, light guys can sometimes get away with it. If you’re 30+, tall, or heavy - you can’t. You need the right progression, at the right level, for the right time. Tuck. Advanced tuck. Straddle. Full. Each level has specific time requirements. I put the whole system in one guide: anatomy, technique, structure, step by step. Comment “SYSTEM” and I’ll send it to you. Completely free.
Swinging your front lever raises means one thing: the progression is too hard for you. Strength comes from control. Scapula pull. Drive the hips to the bar, not the legs. Pause at the top. Control the negative. If you can’t do that, drop to straddle, advanced tuck, or tuck raises. Ego down. Strength up.
Weak wrists end more journeys than weak shoulders ever will. Most people feel wrist or forearm pain, do a few rotations, and keep training. Then the injury comes. Your wrists move in 4 directions. If you only prep one, you’re not protected. Too fast to follow? That’s why I made the full follow-along version. Comment ‘WRIST’ and I’ll send it to you.
