Part 3. If your tuck planche is solid but the time never goes up, this is your problem. Most people train tuck planche the same way every session. Same holds. Same effort. Same result. A year later they’re still at 10 seconds. Here’s the fix. 1. Tuck planche hold 4 sets at 80% of your max hold. Next workout, add at least 1 second to your total volume. Push to get that first set one second longer. One second. That’s it. That’s the whole rule. 2. The press This is one of the most important pillars in the planche and most people skip it completely. Tuck L-sit press to tuck planche. Too difficult? Tuck planche press with feet assistance. 3 sets × 3-5 reps 3. Pseudo push-up with a 3-second hold at the lean 3 sets × 5-8 reps Rest 90-120s between sets. Missed the earlier parts? Part 1 is the base and the planche lean. Part 2 is band work for tuck planche. Watch them in order, this only works if you built the steps below it.

Part 2. Your lean is 15 seconds? Here’s what’s next. Tuck planche with a band: Band you can hold 5s = 80% of max Hold 10s → lighter band Hold 10s on lightest → no band Dynamic planche lean, feet elevated. 3s pause. 3 sets * 5 reps Pseudo push-up. 3 sets 5-8 reps The progression works. But it has to be built around your level, your weak points, and your schedule. If you want that built for you, comment “PLAN” and I’ll reach out personally.
