To be a Dad is a huge responsibility. Especially a dad to a daughter. You’re her first example of what real love is — and how a man should treat a woman. The way a dad treats her mother is how she’ll learn to expect to be treated in her future relationships. That’s why I have one mission: to set the bar high. So high, that one day any man who wants to be in her life will have to work hard to even come close. I want to give her the best life possible — the life I never had as a kid. #calisthenics #dad

YOU need to Know👇🏻 1️⃣In the beginning, no one has perfect protraction. It’s completely normal to hold the position without ideal scapular protraction — especially in the harder planche variations. Losing protraction while holding a position for 2–3 seconds is expected when you’re pushing your limits. Over time, as you get stronger and more familiar with the movement, you’ll naturally build better protraction in that specific variation. With consistency and practice, your protraction will become solid and reliable. 2️⃣Poor protraction isn’t just a strength issue. It can be a combination of strength, control, and mobility. I’ve seen many strong athletes who struggle with scapular protraction simply because they lack control or mobility in the shoulder blade area — and for them, it takes much longer to develop it. At the same time, I’ve seen beginners who maintain great protraction from the start, even without intentionally training that position. Of course, when you move to harder variations, if you don’t have the strength, you’ll lose it. That’s why it’s important to work on all three components: mobility, control, and strength. 3️⃣One movement that helped me a lot — tuck planche press to handstand. When I started including this exercise at the beginning of my workouts, it significantly improved my protraction and overall control. If you want to take your planche to the next level and build serious scapular strength — this is a must. The movement targets your serratus anterior, pectoralis minor, biceps, and anterior deltoids — the exact muscles that support strong protraction. #calisthenics #coach
