Most people don’t fail the handstand push-up because they’re weak. They fail because they train it wrong. Wall push-ups feel productive. But if you arch your back and dump your weight on the wall, you’re not building anything. The wall does the work for you. Real prep looks different: – Hands 40cm from the wall – Shoulders fully elevated, in line with your hands – Weight on your hands, minimum on the wall – Lean forward on the way down, shift to your fingers – 90° angle at the bottom – Push up and back, stay on your hands That’s how you actually prepare for the handstand push-up. Most people don’t fail because they’re lazy. They fail because they follow the wrong plan. Comment ‘COACH’ and I’ll personally look at where you’re stuck. 👊

Happy Father’s Day. I’ve never been this happy❤️ Being a father to a daughter is about love, motivation, and example. A father isn’t just someone who’s there - he’s a role model for his child. They follow who you are.
