Dragon Squat Planche Push Up ๐ฝ๐ฆ This took us approximately 100 tries total to achieve. We did ~50 attempts the first day, ~40 attempts the next day, and finally only 6 attempts the week after where we finally got it. I have not idea how Andry was able to do that many Planche push ups lol I wouldโve loved to go deeper on the dragon squat, but balancing was extremely hard โharder than I originally thought (so maybe next year haha). Everything from timing, to his scapula and neck position, to where I put my weight during the entire movement mattered. The feeling afterwards was unmatched. I truly donโt care how many views this get, I am just fulfilled to try something so many times and actually get it despite how impossible it felt the first time we tried it.
