I never taught my daughter a single exercise. Since she was born, she watched me train calisthenics at home. She watched her mom train flexibility. She explored. She copied. She tried her first handstand at 9 months. We made a decision early: Never push her. Never force her. Just show her what a body can do. Kids don’t learn from your words. They learn from your actions. One day she’ll choose her own path. And whatever she picks - we’ll support her. But until then, we lead by example. That’s what every parent should be. Not a lecture. A role model.

Ring Push Ups are way harder than they look. Try them once and you’ll understand.
