You are doing 100 reps of nothing. Most people kick up 100 times per session and wonder why the handstand never sticks. The problem is not effort. It’s the kick up itself. Get close to the wall. The wall is there to assist you if you over kick. Shoulders in one line with the hands. Elevate the shoulders toward the ears. Press the hips up. And don’t stop your arms halfway, move them all the way over. Head straight. One leg fully straight. The other next to the chest. Kick up. Hollow body all the way to the wall. No rush to come down. This is how you learn the right amount of power and the right technique.
