Bro, there are athletes who could do this easily. But somehow… they never film it. They never try it. They never post it. And every time I ask, “Okay, tag me. Show me who did it.” Nobody tags anyone. 😂 So here’s my genuine question: Why do people always feel the need to say, “Someone else could do it easily,” instead of simply respecting the person who actually DID it?
Most people never get the bent arm planche. Not because they’re weak. Because they skip the steps. If you’re 15, you can attack the skill and get away with it. If you’re in your 30s, you can’t. Your tendons need time under load. Skip that, and you’re not training, you’re waiting for an injury. Comment “MORE” and I’ll reach out to see how I can help.
You are doing 100 reps of nothing. Most people kick up 100 times per session and wonder why the handstand never sticks. The problem is not effort. It’s the kick up itself. Get close to the wall. The wall is there to assist you if you over kick. Shoulders in one line with the hands. Elevate the shoulders toward the ears. Press the hips up. And don’t stop your arms halfway, move them all the way over. Head straight. One leg fully straight. The other next to the chest. Kick up. Hollow body all the way to the wall. No rush to come down. This is how you learn the right amount of power and the right technique.
