Part 6. He held 8 seconds in advanced tuck. Now we open to straddle. And here’s what I want you to notice: the method doesn’t change. Band. Time. Lighter band. Time. No band. Start small. Open more. That’s the same system I gave him for tuck planche in Part 2, for advanced tuck in Part 5, and now for straddle. The skill gets harder. The method stays identical. 1. Tuck open to straddle planche - with a band Choose a band you can hold for 3 seconds with good form. Build to 8 seconds. Move to a lighter band. Build to 8 seconds again. Then no band, start from 3 seconds and start attempting. 2. Straddle planche dynamic lean Understand the engagement. Understand the position. Understand where your body needs to be. 3 sets × 5 reps, with a 3-second hold at the lean position. 3. Keep pressing Tuck planche press. Tuck planche press to handstand. Your press is what carries every one of these positions. Don’t drop it because you’ve moved on. 3 sets × 2 reps Parts 1 through 5 are on my page. The lean, the tuck, the +1 second rule, the push-ups, the advanced tuck. Watch them in order.

2026 was supposed to be his year. In January: handstand push-up, planche, front lever. Then summer came. Trips. No gym. No time. Busy life. And training slowly stopped. Sound familiar? You don’t fail because you’re lazy. You fail because your plan doesn’t fit your real life. That’s why I build a plan around you. Your work. Your family. Your travel. Your schedule. So you can finally stick to it. There are still 100 days left in 2026. Enough time to come back stronger. Comment “COACH” and I’ll reach out to you with all the details.

Most people train the planche push-up like a normal push-up. Extend the arms. Go down. Extend again. But at the top the hips drop and the back opens. You pressed, but you left the planche. That rep built nothing. The planche push-up is not an arm movement. Your arms and your hips go up together. Push the floor away, keep the upper back round, lift the hips with the press. One clean rep beats ten fake ones.
