Still stuck on the handstand? Brencis @brencis.yip had zero balance and zero strength - 3 months later, press to handstand. Ivan couldn’t do a single HSPU - 3 months later, 2 reps of 90’ HSPU. Marco @constructionsml couldn’t hold the handstand - 1 month later, press to handstand. I looked at everything. How they move. Their weak points. How many sessions per week they could commit to. Then we built the system around it - technique, balance, mind-muscle connection, shoulder strength. That’s what gets results.
